(Intermediation of vehicle rental and tourist services)

In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and other applicable provisions, Alquilery, in its capacity as an intermediary and commission agent for tourism services, primarily vehicle rentals without drivers, makes this Privacy Notice available to its users, customers, and suppliers.

1. Responsible for the processing of personal data

Alquilery is responsible for the processing, use, and protection of personal data collected for the purpose of brokering, managing, and coordinating tourism services offered through its digital platforms, forms, electronic media, telephone, or in person.

Travel details (dates, times, arrival location)

These transfers do not require additional consent, in accordance with Article 37 of the Law, as they are necessary for the fulfillment of a contractual relationship.

Under no circumstances will the data be sold, transferred, or used for purposes other than those described herein.

5. Means for exercising ARCO rights

The owner of the personal data has the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose (ARCO) the processing of their data.

To exercise these rights, you must send a request to Alquilery's official contact email address, indicating:

Clear description of the request

Means of receiving a response

The response will be provided in accordance with the deadlines established by applicable legislation.

6. Use of cookies and similar technologies

The Alquilery website may use cookies or other similar technologies for functional and statistical purposes. Users can disable them from their browser if they wish.
